On May 11, within the framework of the "Year of support for children's and Youth reading in Kazakhstan" announced in 2021 by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the organization of the Aktobe regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baishev, a regional online seminar "Balalar adebieti - urpak tarbiesinin talbesi" was held on the basis of the ZOOM platform. The seminar was opened by the director of the AOUNB named after S. Baishev Raimbayeva Kuralai Serikkyzy.

Irgiz district centralized library system, on the occasion of the holiday "May 1-the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Kazakhstan", held a conference "Zharaskan Yrgyzymnyn yntymagi"in the ZOOM platform. At the conference, the head of the department of local history literature of the regional universal scientific library named after S. Baishev B. Snabaeva, made a report "Birlik pen tatulyk - el tutastygynyn kepili".

On April 14, the department of local history literature of the regional universal scientific library named after S. Baishev held a historical and educational event "Alash dep tugan arysym" on the ZOOM platform, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the state and public figure Uzakbay Kulymbetov.
At the informative event in the Zoom-online application of the library walls, such issues as the merits of U. Kulymbetov, who created the Kazakh state in his time, what is his place in the history of Kazakhstan, how his personal qualities were recognized, were highlighted.

March 19 – within the framework of the national Sports Day "Shymyrlyk pen Sheberlik", the department of local history literature of the library held a conversation on the ZOOM platform "Shynyksan shymyr bolarsyn" with the participation of the Honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan in sambo and judo, Master of sports of the USSR, sports figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international judge Asylbek Kulmagambetov and Honored boxing coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Master of Sports of the USSR, sports figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001-2003 Alimbek Balmagambetov.

An evening meeting with the actors of the theater "Theater - adamnyn rukhani serigi" was held in the center "Parasat Zholy" for the International Day of the Theater.

On March 16, the winners of the regional photo contest "En ademi kiim – ultyn kiim", dedicated to the Nauryz holiday, were awarded. 16 readers took part in the competition, Altynbay A. took the first place, Orynbasarova A. took the second place, Lakibaev K. took the third place, diplomas and gifts were awarded.

On March 15, in honor of the World Consumer Rights Protection Day, a round table on the topic was held at the regional Universal scientific library named after S. Baishev: "Oz kukygyn-korganyn" with the participation of specialists of the Department for Consumer Protection of the Aktobe region.

In honor of the celebration of the International Women's Day-on March 8, an evening meeting "Alem – Ayeldermen ademi" was held in the library. The guests were entrepreneur, tailor A. Sultangereeva, president of the Association of Non-Governmental Organizations of the Aktobe region A. Duissenova, chief editor of the Aktobe TV channel B. Bimanova, who have their own handwriting in the prosperity of the country, by smart work, and not by the power of the forearm.

On March 3, librarians of the reading room department together with the boarding school "Kemel Bilim" held an hour of the history of "Alash uly", dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the state and public figure, leader of Alash Alikhan Bokeikhanov.

On February 25, the Department of information and bibliographic support held a master class on working with the Internet application of the WEB RABIS program "Kazakhstan Center for Corporate Cataloging" (KCCK).
