Alkey Margulan murasy - ulttyn rukhani baylygy

Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baisheva conducts a historical educational hour on the topic: “Alkey Margulan murasy - ulttyn rukhani baylygy”, dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of the archaeologist, ethnographer, historian, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR, Honored Scientist of the SSR Alkey Margulan.
The purpose of the event: the formation of cultural values among the younger generation, acquaintance with the rich heritage of the great scientist in the field of history and ethnography of our country, promotion of the life and scientific work of the scientist to the younger generation.

During the event, video footage of Alkey Margulan’s filming, stored in the archive, was demonstrated, and the book exhibition “Dala Perzenti” was presented.
The readers were presented with the main stages of the scientist’s life and work, his works, as well as memories of him, scientific works and articles about the scientist published on the pages of periodicals. At the event, poems dedicated to A. Margulan were read, read by a young library specialist A. Koishygalieva and a 3rd year student of the Aktobe Higher Humanitarian College N.A. Yarlykashyn.
