On April 12, in celebration of Science Workers’ Day, a republican scientific and theoretical conference titled “An Exemplary Life of a Scholar” was held at the library, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of the scholar, historian, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, and Professor Manash Kabashuly Kozybayev.

The participants of the conference also included teachers and students of the Higher Humanitarian and Technical ALT College and the European College of Economics, Business and Law, members of the national educational club “Elmura,” and library readers.

During the event, a book exhibition titled “An Exemplary Figure in the Realm of History” was presented to library visitors, dedicated to the life and scientific work of Manash Kozybayev. A video presentation highlighting his life path was also shown.

In addition, a short video prepared on the basis of materials and exhibits related to the scholar’s spiritual heritage was presented by the historical museum of M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University in Petropavlovsk. A live interview with M. Kozybayev was broadcast on Kazakh Radio.
