The republican scientific and educational conference «Yrgyz ziyalylary zhane ult tarikhy» was held in Irgiz district. The Department of Local History of oblast library named after S. The exhibition consisted of sections: «Tarikhy teren Aktobe», «Biler soylep, batyrlar tu kotergen», «Tarikh torabyndagy tagdyrlar», «Eren enbekpen yeseigen», «Gibrat kyldym keynge», «Madeniyet pen adebiyet mangilik miras», «Olkenin tabigi, tarikhi - madeni muralary».

This year Kazakhstan is celebrating 150th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding statesman, encyclopedist and publicist, literary critic, turkologist, talented poet and translator Akhmet Baitursynov, and every year on September 22 Kazakhstan is celebrating the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan. As part of the celebration of the 150th anniversary of Akhmet Baitursynov, as well as the Day of Languages, the employee of the Reader Service department Beisova G. B. took part in the educational event «Ulttyn uly ustazy», held in the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in the Aktobe region with a report on the topic: «Algyr bala Akhmetten - ult ustazy Akhana dein», also at the event, the staff of the subscription department presented the book exhibition «Ultyn suigen uly ustaz», a review of the exhibition was conducted by a young specialist Yelubaeva Zh . On July 14, the literary evening «Zhylyoydyn zhyr zhyirigi» was held in the literary lounge «Kalamger» with the participation of the famous poet Aibek Kalmaganbetov. The evening was held by the deputy director of the Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S.Baishev, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, poet Talgat Tleulesov, also a deputy of the Aktobe regional Maslikhat, director of the Republican Public Fund named after T. On June 17, the results of the republican essay contest «Halyktyn suyikti anshisi – Dinmukhammed Kanatuly Kudaibergen» were summed up, within the framework of the festival «KIDS BOOK FEST-2022», organized by the S. Baishev Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library. Distinguished guests of the evening - poet, journalist, art critic - Nurlybek Amandauletovich Kalauov, Deputy Director for Educational Work of the A. Zhubanov Aktobe Music College – Dabylova Ayman Dautovna and members of the «FAN Club» took part in the award ceremony, presented awards and congratulated the winners of the contest.

On June 14, the evening of the meeting «Akyn - ardyn aynasy» was held dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the poet, member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, knight of the Order of «Kurmet», cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Myrzan Kenzhebai. The event was attended by poet, laureate of the International Prize «Alash», director of the Aktobe regional branch of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan Yertay Ashykbayev, cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, journalist, poet Nurlybek Kalauov, poet, composer, member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan Gulsamal Aimakhanova, poet, director of the Republican Public Fund named after him. On May 20, the library subscription department, together with school No. 69, held a literary hour «Alashtyn ardaktysy», dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the Kazakh educator, scientist and publicist Akhmet Baitursynov, selected for nationwide readings as part of the republican campaign «Bir el - bir kitap». On May 11, in the «Coworking» center of the regional universal scientific library named after S. Baishev, within the framework of the International Family Day, a family meeting was held-a conversation with the Tukabayev family on the topic «Shanyrak Shattygy». May 15 is the International Family Day. The significant date has been celebrated annually since 1993, in accordance with the resolution of the UN General Assembly. The establishment of this date involves the solution of many problematic issues in the family.

On April 22, from 18.00 to 21.00, a social and cultural event «YMYRTTAĞY KITAPHANA» was held. During the evening, the library opened its doors to visitors after the usual working time-evening. The main purpose of the event is the development of librarianship, the creation of public relations in professional cooperation structures, as well as the popularization of reading and introduction to innovations through meaningful leisure activities.

On April 19, an interview «Ar – akikattyn ainasy» took place in the center of the «Coworking» center of the regional universal scientific library named after S.Baishev within the framework of the «Adaldyk alany» project. The main goal of the project is to promote the ideology of integrity in society together with representatives of scientific and creative intelligentsia, to form an anti-corruption culture based on culture, literature and spirituality.
