January 18 Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baisheva held a literary and musical evening “On Abyzy Garifolla”, dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the birth of the popular opera singer, composer, actor, musical performer and teacher, national figure of the Kazakh SSR Garifolla Kurmangaliev.
The purpose of the event: to popularize the work of the greatest master of Kazakh song art, Garifolla Kurmangaliev, to form national values based on the cognitive, aesthetic, spiritual and moral education of the younger generation.

On January 15, the art literature department held a creative hour “Tuma talent tabigata”, dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of the founder of Kazakh fine arts, graphic artist, Honored Artist of the Kazakh SSR A. Kasteev.
The purpose of the event: to popularize the life and work of A. Kasteev, the founder of the fine arts of Kazakhstan, the pride of Kazakhstan and the preservation of his work for subsequent generations, the formation of spiritual and material values of the Kazakh people through art, and increased creative potential.
During the event, biographical information about the first Kazakh artist A. Kasteev was announced, and a video about his life and work was shown. An exhibition of creative works by students of the art lyceum and a book exhibition “Tylsym onerdin tanymgeri” were presented.

        The reader service department of the Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. On November 22, a literary and educational evening “artistic truth in the poetry of Makhambet Utemisovich” took place, dedicated to the 220th anniversary of the birth of the poet, zhyrau, batyr, kyushi Makhambet Utemisovich. The evening is taken from “Makhambet Өtemisuly poetrysyndagy korkem shyndyk” “...Men, men we eat, men we eat” opened with the performance of 2 students of the music college named after Akhmet Zhubanov Nurmukhanbet Zainab. On November 9, a song evening was held dedicated to the 160th anniversary of the poet, singer, composer Sary Batakula on the theme “Balasy men Bataktyn, atym - Sary...”.
Sary Batakuly was born in 1863 in the Shalkar district of the Aktobe region. Through his songs, he exposes the injustice and tyranny of his time. Songs such as “Kyz Kosan”, “Tileu-Kabak”, “Dariga”, “Aridau”, “Dunie”, “Song of Sarin when she was driven to Siberia”, “Motherland” excite the human soul and sharpen his imagination. “Saryna’s Song” was used in the first sound feature film in the history of Kazakhstan, “Amankeldi” in 1938.

Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after. S.
