Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baisheva, on the occasion of the 155th anniversary of the music critic, ethnographer, composer Alexander Viktorovich Zataevich, is holding a round table on the topic: “Kazakhtyn and Kazynasyn zhinaktaushy”
The purpose of the event: to popularize the heritage of the outstanding folklorist, collector of Kazakh folk songs and kyuis A.V. Zataevich, who made a huge contribution to the promotion of Kazakh song art at the beginning of the 20th century. At the round table they talked about the life and work of Alexander Zataevich, as a person who for the first time significantly and on a large scale told the world about the greatness and beauty of the centuries-old unique culture of the Kazakh people. He collected the richest and unique in terms of quantity and artistic value of the musical heritage of the Kazakhs.

On February 29, as part of the regional action “Reading Land”, a literary and musical evening “Onge ainalgan Sagi Olenderi” was organized, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the lyricist poet, translator, member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan Sagi Zhienbaev.

On February 26, as part of the regional campaign “Reading Country - 2024,” an information hour was organized dedicated to the works of the poet Saga Zhienbaev and the writer Sara Mynzhasarova.

Purpose of the event: To get acquainted with the work of the famous writer, playwright, translator Saken Zhunusov, to reveal his creative individuality, to develop personal qualities in the younger generation through the means of fiction.
Saken Zhunusov is a famous Kazakh writer with a masterly command of the literary word. It had its own high ideological and artistic level, a sharp plot, colorful, expressive language.
